Rodopi Service Pack
2
Installation
1. Download
the self extracting executable Rodopi
5.1 Service Pack 2
2. STOP all RODOPI services (RODOPI Server / RODOPI
Procedures Server / RODOPI Ticket Server / VoIP Module) in (Control
Panel | Services)
NOTE: If they don't
stop, kill them.
3. STOP the SQL Server Agent on the SQL Machine
(just the SQLServerAgent not the MSSQLServer)
4. STOP the World Wide Web Publishing Service
5. Run Rodopi 5.1 Service Pack 2 executable -
Rodopi51-SP2.exe
6. Copy all files from \Rodopi\R51ServicePack2\system32
to \WinNT\System32
7. Copy all files from \Rodopi\R51ServicePack2\Services&
Libs to \Rodopi
8. RUN: regsvr32 \Rodopi\UsageFilters.dll
9. START the World Wide Web Publishing Service
10. START the SQL Server Agent on the SQL Machine
11. START all RODOPI services in (Control Panel |
Services)
NOTE: If
you use MISP run just run the Installation of the Service Pack 2 on
all Rodopi 5.1 in this MISP to update there Web Interface and DB.

in the Countries table for countries with country code 1 ( USA, Canada
and some other )
- Can't create new Item - Error message is showing
- On edit Event Script empty lines are deleted
- On upload Event Script some special characters in
tokens are not escaped ( SQL, HTTP, XML scripts )
- On save Misc Configuration the selected CC exp
letter isn't stored
- Calling prepaid cards duplication
- Incorrect customer ballances - problem in import
utility
- The Accounts receivable report shows negative
values in some columns
- When customer is deleted Events are not proceeded
- Can't upload Radius file on local drive (only FTP
is implemented)
- Usage filter takes forever - error in NT Event
viewer: "Interface not registrate!"
- Error on manual export of the DNS files
- Empty password in sent letters
- Invoice/Statement is sent for 0 amount
- Plain Text Invoice/Statement is not sent
- After subscription, the AutoConfigure.ins file is
empty
- The second month discounts is not applied
- The plan's default anniversary day is not applied
properly on subscription
- The created TicketID is missing in the reply

- Saving the license configuration in Rodopi shows
the same screen after submit and the new configuration won't be saved.
- Invoices and Statements are not shown properly
- MISP Procedures doesn't run
- Letters are sent with warning or can't be sent
- Subscription is not running properly on Netscape

NOTE: Create a
letter in Tickets Notifications group, Goto Administration | Tech
Support | Settings and choose a letter to be send
- Expiration timeout for a calling card
- Rodopi Ticket Service is not longer needed.
Rodopi Procedures Service takes all its job.
NOTE: If you use
MISP and there is Rodopi 5.0 in it, leave the Ticket Server running.
