The latest version of RODOPI has built-in features for automated setup and support of accounts on the servers like:

To implement the automated accounts setup and support, RODOPI employs Universal account support interface (UASI) and Standard Library of scripts. This approach allows for easy customization of the product.

Universal account support interface (UASI)
To support the vast variety of servers, RODOPI has developed UNIVERSAL ACCOUNT SUPPORT INTERFACE. RODOPI creates "events" on this interface like "create e-mail account", "put domain name on-hold", "suspend dial-in account", etc. These events invoke the execution of CGI scripts on the respective servers.

This two step process creates great flexibility and allows for support of every server you may have.

Standard library of scripts
Standard library of scripts is intended to work with UASI and supports most of the servers available on the market. The library is supported and updated for new servers, as they become available.

Easy customization
Customization is possible to match practically any server, by modifying the scripts in the standard library. Because writing shell scripts is easy, it can be done by the customer, or can be purchased from us if necessary.

Automatically registers domain names

• RODOPI ^TM creates all the entries for domain name registration with InterNIC.

• Generates all the information for DNS update.

• Generates notification e-mail to the customer.

• Due to the importance of the Domain Name registration process, all of the above information is submitted manually by just clicking buttons.

• Automatically creates new entries in the Radius^TM file providing for immediate activation of dial-in accounts.

• Automatically overwrites the Radius^TM file, making all closed accounts unavailable for usage.
