Rodopi™ Voice Messaging Server 3.1 has been designed to address all of your Interactive Voice response (IVR) needs. The full compatibility with your Rodopi customer care system will give you invaluable advantages over any other standard IVR.

Here is what Rodopi™ Voice Messaging Server 3.1 will do for you.

  1. Ask for a registration number to identify the caller (response is optional).

  2. Find the customer in Rodopi database and generate service ticket.

  3. Tell the ticket number to the customer with a human voice for future reference.

  4. Play the voice message to the service personnel in three modes

    a/ when the service ticket is open, with a click of the mouse, service personnel can listen to the voice message.

    b/ from the administrative menu, authorized personnel can check all messages (including those left by callers without id # )

    c/ voice mail messages can be sent by e-mail to any e-mail address as an attachment

     

  5. Feature rich web interface allows for distributing of the voice mail and respective tickets throughout your service department.

  6. Complete integration with Rodopi™ customer care module will allow for further processing of all voice generated tickets as regular tickets in accordance with your established rules and procedures.

  7. Voice messages will be attached in to your customer’s records in Rodopi database for future references.
