VOICE MESSAGING SERVER - HOW IT
WORKS

Outside working hours and when your support lines
are busy, your PBX routes the call to the Rodopi Voice Messaging
Server
-
The customer is prompted to enter his registration
number and leave a message.
-
A voice ticket is created in the Rodopi Ticket
System - you can click on the message to play it.
-
Optionally, the voice message can be sent as an
e-mail attachment to your support staff
-
You can listen to the voice messages from any
computer connected to the internet
