VOICE MESSAGING SERVER  -   HOW IT WORKS

 

  1. Outside working hours and when your support lines are busy, your PBX routes the call to the Rodopi Voice Messaging Server

  2. The customer is prompted to enter his registration number and leave a message.

  3. A voice ticket is created in the Rodopi Ticket System - you can click on the message to play it.

  4. Optionally, the voice message can be sent as an e-mail attachment to your support staff

  5. You can listen to the voice messages from any computer connected to the internet
