Q: What do I need to get started with RPG?
A: You need Rodopi 5.x and a merchant account with Paymentech or Vital Processing Services. After signing up, you will receive the RPG module for Rodopi 5.0, that you should install.

Q: How much does the RPG Module cost?
A: The RPG Module is provided free of charge.

Q: How do I sign up for RPG?
A: Once you have your merchant account, click here, and fill out the form. You will get a drop down menu, choose "Rodopi Payment Gateway" and then choose the credit card processor that works with your merchant account.

Q: What is Paymentech and Vital?
A: Paymentech and Vital are credit card payment processors. They receive credit card billing information from RPG, process it and deposit the money charged into your account.

Q: Can RPG process payments in currencies other than the USD?
A: Yes, RPG supports the following currencies:

Q: Does RPG serve non-US customers?
A: RPG is not limited by the customers' location. Unfortunately, Paymentech and First Horizon will only serve companies with a US presence.

Q: Do I get the money in my bank account?
A:Yes. You can specify a bank account with your Merchant Account Provider and the money you charge will be deposited there.

Q: Can I use my current merchant account?
A: Yes, if it is processed by Paymentech or Vital.
