DSL LINK  -  INTRODUCTION 

“When our customers speak, we listen”.

Following this slogan of ours, we have developed an automated system for DSL orders, submissions and confirmations in order to respond to a strong demand for such technology by our customers. This system is based on XML. The system consists of “DSL Link” and “DSL Rodopi”.

“DSL Link” is a module to Rodopi 5.x. This module allows the Rodopi user to seamlessly submit DSL orders and receive confirmations at different stages of the fulfillment process.

“DSL Link” works in conjunction with “DSL Rodopi”, which is installed at the DSL service provider. It uses advanced XML technologies along with the event triggering mechanisms available with Rodopi 5.x. Regular Rodopi users do not need to purchase and install “DSL Rodopi”. All they need is the “DSL Link” module.

“DSL Link” is distributed free of charge to all Rodopi 5.x users.

The DSL services are provided by Covad through A+Net. Covad has strict requirements of 10,000 circuits per year for its direct partners. Since many of the Rodopi users cannot commit to such high number, we chose A+Net to act as an aggregator for all service providers who use Rodopi Software.

Please keep in mind that all matters related to the service are between the Rodopi user and A+Net. Rodopi Software is not involved by any means in the DSL services and will not provide any support, nor arbitration in regard to the relationship between a particular service provider and Covad or A+Net.
