DSL LINK - HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
In order to use DSL Link you must have Rodopi 5.0
with Service Pack 2 installed.
To sign up for DSL Link, you need to subscribe in the
specialized DSL Rodopi* for a DSL Submitter account. You can
subscribe here.
When subscribing, enter your Rodopi interface domain as a "DSL
Feed URL." You can do this by adding this text: 'cgi-bin/usage/DSLFeed.exe'
after your URL. For example, the URL should look like this 'http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/usage/DSLFeed.exe'
After subscribing, you should upgrade your Rodopi 5.x
SP2 installation with the DSL Link feature.
-
Download and save the DSL Link upgrade from here.
-
Install the upgrade by double-clicking on the
saved file.
-
Open your Rodopi interface, go to Administration -
Configuration - DSL Link Configuration and enter your Registration
number and password from the DSL Rodopi subscription.
-
Select Rodopi Service Plans from the
administration menu and create a new service plan for DSL by
attaching the detail 'DSL account'.
Now you are prepared to start submitting DSL orders
through the specialized DSL Rodopi.
* Note. DSL Rodopi is operated by Aplus.Net.
Using the “DSL Link” you will be submitting orders to Covad
through Aplus.Net.
Covad requires 10,000 circuits per year minimal commitment. That’s
why Aplus.Net
will act as an aggregator of accounts for Rodopi Club members. If you
feel that you can commit to 10,000 circuits per year we will gladly
sell you the technology to submit DSL orders to Covad on your own.
Rodopi is independent from Aplus.Net
and cannot be responsible for their actions or non-actions. Please
make sure you sign a contract with Aplus.Net
outlining your mutual agreement
