To this end,Rodopi Professional Services comprises four key elements:

Consulting Services:
Encapsulating the implementation approach, delivery map, project team structures and quality audits. Together with you and your partner, we aim to support the implementation process through proven methodologies, project management, documentation, and ongoing audits.

Client Management:
Your constant contact within Rodopi. Your Professional Services Client Manager is charged with ensuring a total understanding of your business needs and project fundamentals. This unique service ensures that Rodopi is responsive and consistent – meeting your expectations through our knowledge and our relationship with you.

Education Services:
Rodopi Education Services develops Rodopi software-specific training and delivers it to customers, partners, and staff alike. It is a key feature of the company’s suite of professional services and underpins the growth of the Rodopi user community.

Product Support Services:
Rodopi Product Support offers three service level options, each of which has been created to meet the varying technical support needs of our customers. Product Support Services offers a minimum service level to include: skilled and responsive assistance during normal business hours, enhanced commitment to resolving severe problems, free minor releases, and revisions for any supported and licensed Rodopi product that you have purchased.

Since Rodopi was formed in 1997, we have continually evaluated the processes and procedures employed in support of the implementation process. This never stops. Rodopi Professional Services provides mandatory Quality Audits at key phases of the implementation and Project Assistance when requested by you or your implementation Partner.
