Education Services:
Rodopi Education Services develops Rodopi software-specific training and delivers it to customers, partners, and staff alike. It is a key feature of the company’s suite of professional services and underpins the growth of the

Product Support Services:
Rodopi Product Support offers three service level options, each of which has been created to meet the varying technical support needs of our customers. Product Support Services offers a minimum service level to include: skilled and responsive assistance during normal business hours, enhanced commitment to resolving severe problems, free minor releases, and revisions for any supported and licensed
Rodopi product that you have purchased.
