PRICING 

You can buy the whole network from Rodopi Clearing House at:

• $0.70 per hour prime time, and (compare that to $1.60 to $10.00 per hour with iPASS )

• $0.30 per hour non-prime time

• $7.00 for participating Rodopi Club Member POPs per flat fee account per month*
  

• $8.50 for MegaPOP services per flat fee account per month**
  

You can sell your access to RCH at:

• $0.60 per hour prime time, and

• $0.25 per hour non-prime time

• $6.00 per flat fee account per month

Prime time is daily from 8:00AM to 12:00AM on weekdays.

Non prime time is from 12:00AM to 8:00AM on weekdays plus Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.

All times are the local time of the ISP, providing the dial tone.

Billing is in 1 sec. increments. Rounding is to one cent. Example $0.377417 rounded to $0.38.

The difference between the selling and buying price goes to RCH for all the financial and technical services provided, plus insurance. By insurance we mean that even if an ISP uses roaming on your network and goes out of business, without paying for it, RCH will pay you.

You will have an account with RCH only, even though there may be hundreds of participating ISPs in the network. RCH will provide you with clear reports of how much roaming time your customers used with other ISPs(hours bought) and how much time you provided to other ISPs(hours sold). You will be charged according to the formula:

(prime hrs bought)*$.70 + (nonprime hrs bought)*$.30 +(flat fee accounts)*(months of billing period)*$7.00- (prime hrs sold)*.60 - (nonprime hrs sold)*.25 - (flat fee accounts)*(months of billing period)*$6.00

You will receive a check from RCH if the above formula gives a negative result, that is you "sold" more than you "purchased".
