HOW DO I JOIN?

Once you have your Proxy RADIUS setup you are ready to go.

Call your RODOPI™ representative to set you up as a Rodopi Club™ roaming member. Your sales rep will ask you several questions, so before placing the call, make sure you have the following information available:

  • IP addresses of your NAS;

  • IP address of your Proxy RADIUS;

  • IP address of your RADIUS;

  • Shared secrets for communication between your Proxy RADIUS and the Central Proxy RADIUS, and between the Central Proxy RADIUS and your RADIUS;

  • The Roaming ID you will be using (e.g. yourdomain.com)

  • Your GMT offset

As part of the setup process you need to enter all of your dial-in numbers in the system. You will be assigned a special on-line input form.

It is of your best interest to fill out this form very carefully and completely. The reason is that you will be selling your services to the network. The better you are presented the more users will be using your services and you’ll get more revenue. The form will remain at your disposal for you to update the information at any time.

To update your roaming information, go to the customer support section of Rodopi 4 Rodopi. Choose View/edit plan details > dialin roaming. Here, you will be able to edit telephone numbers, IP addresses and all information connected with Roaming.

In order to use the new flat fee roaming feature you need:
- Rodopi 5.0 and Pop Depot 500 module;
- Rodopi 5.0 SP1 or SP2 and Pop Depot 500sp module;
- Rodopi 5.1 and Pop Depot 51 module.
- Rodopi 5.1 SP2 or newer and Pop Depot 51sp2 module.
NOTE: You need to install just one of the modules above. Just download the properone for your current version. If you upgrade your Rodopi to a new version there is no need to install it again.
