Clifton Auto provides a timely, cost efficient automobile repair service.  We provide loaner cars at no additional cost to you.  You go about your normal business without the worry of rental car costs.

Are your technicians certified and insured?

Our technicians undergo an  intensive hands on training course that teaches them how to repair dents and dings the "Clifton Auto Way". We will not certify a technician until he has demonstrated a working knowledge of proficient automobile repair techniques and understands the importance of customer service. Each technician undergoes an annual certification process. Also, our insurance surpasses the industry standard amounts required.

What do I do if I'm not satisfied?

The Clifton Auto® guarantee is that if you are not completely satisfied with the work, you do not have to pay.

How long can I expect the process to take?

Most work is completed within a few days depending on the severity of the damage and the availability of replacement parts. Appointments are scheduled at the customer's convenience, usually within a few days of your initial call.

Is Clifton Auto certified by local insurance carriers?

Clifton Auto has the approval of all major automobile insurance carriers and many of the 'unknown' carriers as well. Clifton Auto's excellent repair satisfaction record along with lowest prices in the valley make them a first choice among insurance providers.

What do I have to do to set up an appointment?

Call the Clifton Auto at 970-434-3471. We give a price estimate based on your description of the damage and set an appointment time and place. The Clifton Auto technician will meet you, inspect the work to be done and give a final estimate before doing the repair.
