Pool Hours - The pool is open for use between the following hours:

Sunday - Thursday   10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

1. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible person 16 years of age or older.  Children over the age of six, if able to swim one length of the pool and approved by the lifeguard, do not need adult supervision.  Children, for the purpose of these rules, are defined as persons 13 years of age or younger.  Lifeguards are on duty for the purpose of guarding lives, not babysitting.

2.  Diapers, whether cloth or disposable, must be covered with rubber pants.

3.  Persons having infectious diseases, open sores, bandages, cut, or recent vaccinations are not permitted in the pool area.

4.  Glassware, food, gum, candy or chewing tobacco are not allowed in the pool area at anytime.

5.  Smoking is not allowed in the pool area, if you choose to smoke, you must go outside of the fence.

6.  Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, or other play equipment are not allowed in the swimming pool area.   Bicycles must be parked on the north side of the Clubhouse.  They are not allowed at the front entrance.

7.  Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool areas.  They are not to be in any; part of the common area around the pool, whether leashed or unleashed.  Pets may not be tied to the fences.

8.  Horseplay, running, spitting, undue splashing, and excessive noise are not allowed.   Swimmers are not to play or hang on safety roped in the pool.

9.  Frisbees and small balls are not allowed.  Inflatable beach balls are allowed.

10.  Jumping over the pool enclosure fence is not permitted.

11.  Loud radios or cassette players are not allowed.

12.  If necessary, the Lifeguard has the authority to call for "adult only" swim periods.

13.   Pool furniture may be used only by persons aged 18 or over unless the pool is not crowed.   Adults have priority for pool furniture use.

14.  Rafts may be used only if they do not interfere with other swimmers.

15.  Guests are allowed only if accompanied by a member.  Persons under the age of 18 may have no more than two guest at anytime unless a supervising adult, age 21 or older is present.

16.  Trash shall be disposed of in appropriate container upon leaving the pool.

17.  No diving is allowed in the shallow end of the pool.

18.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.

19.  Throwing pool furniture into the pool is cause for immediate expulsion.

20.  No one is allowed in the Lifeguard stand at anytime - other than the Lifeguard.

21.  The Lifeguard has total authority in regard to control of persons using the pool and has the right and obligation to close the pool whenever conditions or weather presents a hazard.  The Lifeguard is to be treated with respect at all times.

22.   Children using the baby pool must supervised at all times by an adult.  Only children six years and under may use the baby pool.  No rafts are allowed in the baby pool.

23.   All swimmers must wear swimming attire.  No cut-offs or shorts are allowed.

24.   All owners must read and sign the current Pool Rules and Regulations prior to receiving a single pool key.  The rules must be signed by an owner - not  a dependent.

25.   Private parties are not allowed in the pool area.  If you rent the Clubhouse, you may not have a pool party.

26.  Anyone who violated these ruled may have their pool privileges suspended for whatever period is deemed appropriate by the Lifeguard, Manager, or Board of Directors.
