How long can boats, campers and motor homes be parked anywhere in the Stratford Lakes area?

First of all these vehicles can be stored for any length of time IF they are not visible from the street.  Other than that, motor homes, camping trailers and boats are only to be in the community for unloading and loading.  The Board of Director's and the Association's attorney have spoken with many home owners and have settled on a total maximum loading and unloading time of six (6) hours.  If extenuating circumstances require your motor home, trailer, or boat to be in the community longer than 6 hours please contact Management Specialists, Inc.   Your cooperation in helping to maintain the appearance of the community is appreciated.
