All areas shown are covered under the Stratford Lakes Master and Recreation Associations.   In addition certain areas have their own additional associations.

Purple area:
Brittany Terrace Home Owners Assn.  The townhome owners have their own coverage for their private streets, upkeep of the outside of the building, water, trash service, grounds keeping, insurance, etc.

Green area:
Brittany Ridge Home Owners. 

Red area:
There will be 16 single family homes and 99 Condominium homes built in this area.  Each of these homes will pay both Stratford Lakes Master and Recreational fees like existing residents already do.
