Terms of Rental:
The undersigned requests use of the Stratford Lakes clubhouse on (Date) ________
from (Time) ________. This reservation shall be terminated as of midnight the night
of the reservation.
Deposit:
The undersigned agrees to place a deposit of $100 with the Managing Agent
(Management Specialists 303.420.4433).

Rules and
Regulations: The undersigned hereby attests that they have read and
understand the Rules and Regulations of the Stratford Lakes Recreation Association and
agrees that they are responsible for assuring that all guests comply with said Rules and
Regulations.
Pool/Deck Area:
Clubhouse events may not extend into the pool/deck area under ANY circumstances.
Attendance:
The undersigned certifies that there will be (#)______ persons in attendance at
this function. The undersigned certifies that there will be (#) ______ persons ages
20 or under at this function. The undersigned certifies that all youth (X over one)
(will / will not) be accompanied by parents.
Alcoholic
Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at any youth
functions. The undersigned agrees to comply with all state and local laws concerning
alcoholic consumption and agrees, by signing this agreement, that no alcoholic beverages
will be sold on premises. Alcoholic beverages are to be confined to the clubhouse
and are strictly prohibited in the pool/deck area.
Clean Up:
The undersigned agrees that the facility will be left in a neat, clean condition
and agrees to clean the clubhouse per the clubhouse checklist which the undersigned has
received and to remove trash. The clubhouse facility must be cleaned and vacated by
(12) midnight on the date of the reservation, no exceptions. The undersigned agrees
to pay for additional clean up if deemed necessary. The undersigned agrees that they
and their family and guests will be denied access to the clubhouse until such funds have
been paid, or they (charges) will be assessed to the homeowner's account.
Barbecue Grills:
Barbecue grills will not be allowed in the clubhouse or on the common grounds
around the clubhouse/pool area.
Limitation of
Liability: The undersigned agrees that neither the Association, or the
Managing Agent shall be liable or responsible for the care and protection of any guest or
their possessions or for any loss or damage thereto, of whatever kind or nature.
The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that neither the Association, or Managing
Agent shall be liable for injuries to persons or property occurring within the recreation
facility.
. Indemnification:
the undersigned agrees to save, indemnify, and hold the Association, and Managing
Agent, and their subcontractors harmless for and against any and all damages, losses,
liabilities, claims, cost, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees asserted
against any of the foregoing by the undersigned, his or her family, guests, employees, ore
invites arising in any way out of the use, operations, or maintenance of the recreation
facility. This indemnification also shall apply to any reasonable attorneys' fees,
asserted by the persons who have gained access to the recreation facility as a result of
actions or omissions.
. Assignment:
The agreement may not be assigned.
. Exceptions:
Any exceptions to the above provisions will be considered by the Board of Directors
on an "as requested" basis, in writing.
. Premises
Evacuation: Failure to vacate the premises by (12) twelve midnight or use
of the pool/deck area will result in complete forfeiture of deposit plus any additional
cleaning fees as well as having clubhouse and pool use privileges revoked.
